Required documents include valid ID/passport, proof of address, and immigration documents. All documents must be original or certified copies. The verification process typically takes 14 business days.
What is involved in the polygraph test?
The polygraph test is conducted by certified professionals and takes approximately 2-3 hours. It includes standard questions about identity, background, and intentions. The fee is R1,200 for booking and R2,800 upon completion.
What are your payment terms and methods?
We accept payments through PayPal and major credit cards. Polygraph booking fees are payable upfront, while other service fees are collected upon completion. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
