Scope and Service Limitation

VSVA collects, processes, verifies and repackages information pertaining to application for resettlement under.... The output is in the form of a professionally presented portfolio of evidence. VSVA does not submit applications on behalf of clients.
VSVA does offer retention of documents to be supplied at the request of the client. While every endeavour will be made to keep the client abreast of developments, VSVA does not promise this as a formal agreement with the client.
VSVA therefore does not accept responsibility for any information that escapes their attention or that of the client.
No guarantees are made regarding the acceptance of applications by U.S. immigration authorities.
The client acknowledges that the final decision on resettlement lies solely with U.S. authorities and immigration agencies.

VSVA is an independent service provider and has no official affiliation, partnership, or endorsement from the U.S. government or any immigration agency.
Any reference to U.S. immigration policies or procedures is for informational purposes only.

All personal information is collected, stored, and processed in compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
Client data will be used solely for the purpose of document preparation and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
Data protection measures, including encryption and secure storage, are in place to prevent unauthorized access.

Payments are collected only for services rendered. No payments are accepted for guaranteed outcomes.
Only the polygraph booking fees are payable upfront and are non-refundable.
The rest of polygraph fees are payable after the test and before the release of results.
The rest of the service is paid for at the notification of completion of the PoE document.

PoE Compilation Charge R3,500

Allow 3 days for booking after submission of documents. Polygraph tests will be held in central venues near the bulk of clients.

VSVA is not liable for decisions made by third parties, including U.S. immigration authorities.
Clients are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
VSVA is not responsible for delays caused by external agencies.

By using the services of VSVA, the client confirms that they understand the scope of services and the absence of guaranteed outcomes.
The client agrees to the outlined terms regarding data handling, payment, and liability limitations.
