Scope and Service Limitation

• VSVA collects, processes, verifies and repackages information pertaining to application for resettlement under the executive order(EO) 14204 signed by President Donald Trump on 7th of February 2025.
• VSVA does not submit applications on behalf of clients.
• VSVA does not guarantee acceptance or approval of any applications.

Service Fees and Payments

• All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Only polygraph booking fee is required upfront.
• Remaining fees are payable upon completion of respective services.
• Additional fees may apply for special requests or expedited services.

Verification Process

• All applicants must undergo mandatory background verification.
• Polygraph testing is required for all primary applicants.
• Document verification may take up to 14 business days.
• False information will result in immediate application rejection.

Privacy and Data Protection

• Personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Data is shared only with authorized verification partners and relevant authorities.
• Clients have the right to request their data at any time.

Liability Limitations

• VSVA is not liable for application outcomes or delays in processing.
• VSVA does not guarantee placement or acceptance by host families.
• Users agree to indemnify VSVA against any claims arising from service use.

Non-Affiliation Disclaimer

• VSVA is an independent service provider and has no official affiliation, partnership, or endorsement from the U.S. government or any immigration agency.
• Any reference to U.S. immigration policies or procedures is for informational purposes only.

Data Handling and POPI Compliance

• All personal information is collected, stored, and processed in compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
• Client data will be used solely for the purpose of document preparation and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
• Data protection measures, including encryption and secure storage, are in place to prevent unauthorized access.

Payment Terms

• Payments are collected only for services rendered. No payments are accepted for guaranteed outcomes.
• Only the polygraph booking fees (R1,200) are payable upfront and are non-refundable.
• The balance of polygraph fees (R2,600) is payable after the test and before the release of results.
• The rest of the service fees are paid upon notification of completion of the PoE document.

Allow 3 days for booking after submission of documents. Polygraph tests will be held in central venues near the bulk of clients.

Liability Limitation

• VSVA is not liable for decisions made by third parties, including U.S. immigration authorities.
• Clients are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
• VSVA is not responsible for delays caused by external agencies.

Consent and Agreement

• By using the services of VSVA, the client confirms that they understand the scope of services and the absence of guaranteed outcomes.
• The client agrees to the outlined terms regarding data handling, payment, and liability limitations.
